Based on the SNF PPS Final Rule for FY2023, ALL the following Medicare Part A changes are TRUE EXCEPT which one?

CMS released a new ICD-10 Code Mapping File for FY2023 to replace the prior file, with minor changes to how some codes are mapped for the PT and OT Components
Over the next 2 years, SNFs have to pay CMS back for the overpayments that resulted from the transition from RUG-IV to PDPM in 2019. The "overpayments" were a result of SNFs changing the way the MDS questions were coded, resulting in higher PDPM scores than initially predicted.
The chances of incurring a 2% Part A payment penalty for not adequately reporting SNF Quality Reporting Program Measure data has increased, as there are now 3 AREAS that if not reported accurately, will trigger the penalty, including: Submitting at least 80% of Part A MDSs that are 100% complete (no dashes in required questions), AND Reporting BOTH COVID-19 AND Influenza Vaccination Data to the National Healthcare Safety Network in the required timeline.
CMS has decided to return to the RUG-IV payment model in October, and do away with PDPM.

ALL the following are TRUE about Medicare Part B changes for 1/1/2023 EXCEPT:

The payment reduction of 15% that began on 1/1/22 for services that are provided "in whole" or "in part" by an Assistant, as identified by using the CO or CQ modifier on the claim, will continue for 2023.
Therapists currently providing TELEHEALTH services in the SNF (and all other settings) will no longer be permitted to do so under Medicare Part B when the 151-day extension period after Public Health Emergency ends.
The Public Health Emergency temporary regulation changes currently allow Part B settings that require "direct" [in room] supervision of assistants (ie: Private Practice) to meet this requirement "virtually." There is legislation in progress to make this temporary change permanent, by discontinuing the "direct" supervision requirement and changing the requirement to "general" [not on site]. This does not directly impact the SNF setting, as Medicare Part A and Part B requirements for assistant supervision in the SNF are currently "general."
Medicare Part B reimbursement rates will increase 9% on 1/1/23.
